Types of Yoga offered at Fusion

Power Yoga
An introductory level class for Power Yoga that is ideal for beginners who want to try a more challenging practice. This is a Vinyasa class with more of an emphasis on strengthening. Yoga experience and knowledge of basic postures is recommended.

Hatha Yoga
The most practiced yoga style in the world, a class wich explores the traditional poses of yoga ofering basic to extremely challenging options,it focuses on breathing,alignment and meditation. Excellent conditioning for the body, breath and mind. Ideal for beginners.

Body Flow
Take it slow with this gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga. This practice links poses to breath to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and easeful opening. Suitable for beginners and seniors.

Iyengar Yoga
Based on the principles of B.K.S. Iyengar, this class emphasizes attention to detail and precise alignment of postures. Poses are held longer and the use of props is encouraged to modify poses, if needed.

Hot Yoga
This yoga class is taught in a room heated to 100 degrees. The heat will provide for a detoxifying sweat while you flow through an athletic and dynamic sequence of postures. Suitable to all level from beginner to advanced.

Pre-Natal
A moderately-paced class to prepare for birth. Through a safe, modified practice emphasizing movement and breath, this class focuses on poses that build strength and stamina while stretching and opening the body.

Kids Yoga
Yoga is an adventure that can begin at any stage in life. Kids yoga is an imaginative and fun-filled approach to yoga that was created specifically for the kids and pre-teen. Develop strength, flexibility, coordination, stamina and body awareness.

Mat Pilates
An innovative system of mind-body exercise evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Pilates teaches body awareness & good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility and agility.

Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is an ancient system of yoga popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois. Pattabhi Jois began his yoga studies in 1927 at the age of 12, and by 1948 had established an institute for teaching the specific yoga practice known as Ashtanga (Sanskrit for "eight-limbed") Yoga

Oriental Dance
You will learn to be a woman, you will express your inner self - not just showy your body, you will experience your femininity, learning to relax with yourself and being happy that your body movements are expression of music

Body Sculpt
Jumatate din programul aceastei clase este destinat efortului cardio, iar cea de-a doua jumatate toniferii. Dupa partea de incalzire, se efectueaza pe step o coregrafie simpla ce antreneaza intr-un mod foarte placut musculatura membrelor inferioare. In a doua parte a antrenamentului se executa exercitii de tonifiere a trenului superior: piept, spate, brate si abdomen. Accesoriile folosite in aceasta clasa sunt: step, gantere si saltelute.

Step
Cardio si tonifiere intr-un singur antrenament. Se efectueaza o incalzire a grupelor mari musculare urmata de 30 minute de step coregrafic compus din pasi simpli. Urmatoarele 20 de minute sunt dedicate exercitiilor de tonifiere a grupelor musculare care se regasesc in trenul superior: pectorali, spate, umeri, biceps, triceps si abdomen. Ora se incheie cu cateva exercitii de relaxare a musculaturii.

Pump
Este un program de tonifiere care solicita intreaga musculatura a corpului. Pe parcursul orei de Pump se efectueaza exercitii cu greutati adaptate fiecarui participant. Se pune accent pe antrenarea musculaturii coapselor, a spatelui, pectoralilor, bratelor si abdomenului. Numarul de repetari este mare si ajuta la dezvoltarea rezistentei musculare si la arderea grasimilor.

Zumba
Zumba combina energia si muzica ritmata, motivanta, cu miscari unice de dans care faciliteaza invatarea rapida si asigura buna dispozitie. Programul este conceput ca un mix de aerobic si fitness, cu miscari in ritmuri rapide care tonifica si sculpteaza corpul.

Core express
A 30 minute class featuring exercises that will help improve abdominal and back strength, shoulder and hip strength, coordination, flexibility and balance

Circuit Training
It works well for developing strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination.

Abs Blast
Ai ocazia sa lucrezi timp de 30 minute, diverse tipuri de exercitii pentru abdomen.

Z Dance
Z-Dance is not only highly effective, is also fun! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

This class combines in a very intense rhythm, a series of exercises for thighs and core, using your own body weight.

PortdeBras
At it’s basic, it is a combination between ballet, streching and fitness. Performed with physiological breaths in a slow motion rhythm, using specific sequences that educate the body’s posture in movement. It is a dynamic way to improve body control and inner proprioceptive knowledge.

Mat Spin
A cardio class for people with back problems, heart problems, carried out at the mat, combines elements of Pilates to spinning exercise

Circuit Fight
a special program designed by Mirela and Cristian Calman, focusing on the thighs, abdomen and buttocks. 50 minutes strength in speed mode. TRY IT ON !!!!!!!!!!
